News Flash: Resident & Family Surveys

The Neighbors of Dunn County has commissioned NRC Health (National Research Corporation), formerly known as My Innerview to conduct satisfaction surveys of our residents, families and employees in 2017.

Currently, residents of The Neighbors are in process of completing their satisfaction surveys. Responses to these surveys remain anonymous and NRC prepares a summary report for management that does not contain any information that identifies residents.

It is important that any resident who has an issue while at The Neighbors share their concerns with us so that we can resolve it, before becoming an issue on the survey. In the meantime, we hope to learn what we are doing well and what improvements we can make, to make life better for the residents of The Neighbors. We anticipate to hear results at the end of August, or early September. Thank you for all your feedback!
