Therapy at The Neighbors
Our therapists at The Neighbors of Dunn County provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services to all residents living on campus or residing in our community.
We work closely with Powerback Rehab, a national leader in the long-term care rehabilitation industry, to help provide our patients with the best care and programs in the area.
We provide help and healing for major life health events such as joint replacement, cardiac arrest and stroke aftercare and treatment. Our nurses and doctors are trained and experienced in providing medical care and emotional support.
Memory Care
There are many considerations to take when assessing someone’s needs regarding their personal memory care. We at The Neighbors, can assure you that you or your loved one are in good hands. We will provide care not only for activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, countenance, and dressing but we take the care and consideration to maintain emotional health and dignity for your loved one.
Therapy Made Flexible
Therapy is provided 6-7 days a week throughout the day to work with each patient’s schedule and meet their needs as well as progress through their program in a timely fashion. Upon discharge from treatment, patients are given exercise or restorative programs to assist them in their progress at home or as a resident here at The Neighbors.
Therapy Programs
We utilize modalities for pain, contractures, scar management as well as specialized equipment for improving our patients and raising them to their highest potential in order for them to progress at home or function at the greatest level of independence as a resident.
Usually, most of our therapy programs can be completed in eight to ten weeks.
