News Flash: Business Office Staff Moving August 2017
Effective January 1, 2017, the Business Office Staff of The Neighbors of Dunn County have been made part of the Finance Division of the Department of Administration. This also includes accounting staff from the Highway Dept., Human Services Dept. and Health Department. The Business Office Staff includes: Effective January 1, 2017, the Business Office Staff of The Neighbors of Dunn County which includes:
- Leah Simington – Business Office Manager
- Kathy Gilgenbach – Billing – Private & Insurance/Accounts Receivable
- Carol Hafermann – Billing/Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Joy Seehaver – Receptionist/Billing – Medical Assistance
In order to centralize and function better as a team supporting the various departments of Dunn County, our business office staff will be relocating to offices at the Government Center, 800 Wilson Ave., Menomonie, WI on August 14th.
Normal transactions such as paying bills, answering incoming telephone calls, faxes, deposits or withdrawals of Resident Trust Funds, stamps, can still be handled at the receptionist desk after August 14th by our new receptionist/staffing coordinator, Heidi. Any billing questions or details can be handled by a call to one of the staff downtown or by scheduling a visit with Leah or one of the accounting specialist.
