Did you know?… The Red Cedar Bistro, located in the Central Neighborhood, is open to the public. Our Bistro features soups, salad bar, sandwiches and a special of the day. Regular hours are 10:30 a.m. —1:30 p.m. Monday—Friday. They also feature homemade cinnamon rolls every Wednesday morning at 8 a.m.!
